The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Quetta has officially announced the results of the annual matriculation examinations, with an overall pass percentage of 68.10%.

According to Chairman BISE Quetta, Muhammad Ishaq, a total of 148,114 students appeared in the matric exams this year, out of which 100,870 candidates successfully passed.

 

Aftab Alam, a student of Balochistan Residential College, secured the top position with 1,051 marks. Muhammad Hashir claimed second position with 1,043 marks, while Muhammad Tufail and Saqib Ali jointly secured third position, both scoring 1,038 marks.

Breaking down the results, 69,275 students appeared in the 9th-grade exams, with 32,067 declared successful, reflecting a pass percentage of 46.29%. For 10th grade, 78,839 students took part in the exams, of whom 68,803 passed, resulting in a significantly higher success rate of 87.27%.
